Sunrise Mountain Yoga
Reclaim your absolute peace. Led by CJ, a certified yoga instructor, start your morning stretching and breathing in the crisp Appalachian mountain air while looking out over our 360-degree mountain views. No experience (or flexibility) required - just a willingness to completely unplug.

"Getting Scrappy" at Pride's Mountain
In an era of screens, there is something deeply therapeutic about making something with your own two hands. Join CJ in our activity center for a 2-hour guided quilting and sewing workshop. Using our curated scrap fabrics and even printing your own vacation photos directly onto the material, you will pattern, sew, and stuff your very own custom Memory Pillow to take home.
Have little ones? We also offer guided rock-painting sessions out by the creekside so the kids can leave their colorful mark on the mountain.
